Tailored for listed buildings, conservation areas, and luxury homes where detail, care, and longevity are essential.

  • In-person consultation and matching existing finish, materials used.

  • Detailed cleaning & finish options: brick acid applied to cement works, jet wash of brickwork and any surrounding paths, patios, driveways to remove debris.

  • Traditional repointing by conservation-trained specialists (complying with H&S regulations; use of dust extractors; ladders removed for client security).

  • Protective sealing (optional): application of Storm Dry Masonry Cream, especially for properties with damp conditions.

  • 25-year guarantee (as per manufacturer’s guarantee when Storm Dry is applied).

SILVER: Full Restoration Package

Ideal for full elevations, extensions, or historic homes needing both aesthetic and structural improvement.

What’s Included:

  • Full wall or building face repointing (front, side, or rear faces).

  • Use of traditional lime or cement mortar: standard cement ratios (4:1) or 3.5 NHL ratio (2:1:1). 

  • Optional brick cleaning: brick acid + jet wash to remove stains, debris, moss, algae (though not ivy marks).

  • Before & after photos/videos (upon request).

  • Price covers materials, labour, scaffolding if needed, additional tools, etc.

BRONZE: Essential Repointing Package

Suited for homeowners who need targeted repairs and a clean finish on standard brickwork.

​What's Included:

  • Local brick joint repointing (where scaffolding isn’t required).

  • Raking out & repointing to a depth of 20–25 mm, using angle grinders with dust extraction, sheet covering, window/sill protection.

  • Site cleanup: removal of mortar droppings, waste bags, debris. Hose down where required.

DOFF Steam Cleaning

Perfect for listed buildings, historic restorations, or modern masonry requiring a precise, environmentally friendly clean - Removes Algae, Graffiti, Dirt, Biological Growth, Carbon Staining, and Old Paint.

What’s Included

  • Initial Site Survey & Consultation
    We assess the property’s surface type, existing coatings, and level of contamination to determine the correct temperature and pressure settings for a safe, effective clean.

  • Surface Preparation

    • Masking and protecting windows, sills, timber, and sensitive areas.

    • Removal of loose debris and cobwebs before DOFF application.

  • DOFF Steam Cleaning Process

    • Steam delivered at up to 150°C, with variable low pressure to ensure no damage.

    • Safe removal of biological matter such as algae, moss, lichen, and mould.

    • Elimination of carbon and pollution staining from brick or stone.

    • Gentle stripping of old paint layers (subject to substrate type).

  • Post-Clean Inspection & Finishing

    • Rinse-down to neutralize residues.

    • Visual quality check to ensure even finish.

    • Optional biocide treatment to prevent regrowth of organic matter.

  • Waste Management

    • Full removal of waste and debris generated during cleaning.
